Background:

I have had 15 years experience in Personal Trainer & in the fitness industry. I also played soccer at a high level for 25 years as well as attaining a black belt 1st Dan in Japanese freestyle. I can adapt to any client’s needs. Personal training is a passion because of the personal satisfaction I get when my clients reach their goals & change their lifestyle for the better. Myself, I enjoy running & love the mighty hawks and just love watching AFL.
